The Air Division is hosting an open house meeting to discuss proposed changes to Title 129 on May 3, 2013 from 1:00p.m. until 2:30p.m. at NDEQ, Room 424, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, NE. There will be a brief presentation outlining the proposed changes followed by a question and answer session. The presentation will be posted on the AirNews Page shortly. We will have a conference line available however, the conference line is limited therefore, registration is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. If you are planning to call in please register your intention with us by emailing NDEQ.AirQuality@nebraska.gov. When possible, please use one line per organization. If there are more registrations than lines available, the Air Division will make another conference call line available later in the day on May 3.
