Air emission inventory reports for the calendar year of 2014 must be submitted to the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality by March 31, 2015. Facilities required to complete the 2014 inventory report have been mailed a copy of the report form. A full listing of all facilities required to submit a 2014 inventory can be found on the Department’s website (2014 Air Emissions Inventory Report Forms) along with forms, instructions and a cover letter.
Class I major facilities must also pay an emissions fee. After the Department completes a preliminary review of inventory submittals, major sources will be invoiced for fees due on chargeable emissions. Payment will be due on July 1, 2015.
