Applicability: eCFR Subpart RRRRRR [ecfr.gov]

Applies to area sources that manufacture clay ceramics using more than 45 Mg/yr (50 tpy) of clay.

*An area source of HAP has the potential to emit <10 tons per year (tpy) of a single HAP or <25 tpy of a combination of HAPs.
