List of Hazardous Air Pollutants, Source Categories -  Subpart C

Applicability: eCFR Subpart C [ecfr.gov]

This subpart implements portions of Clean Air Act Section 112 that include:
  1. The list of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs);
  2. Provisions for periodic revision of the HAPs list;
  3. Procedures for petitions to modify the HAPs list;
  4. Lesser quantity designations; and,
  5. The source category list.
