- Wool fiberglass manufacturing facilities considered to be, or located at, Area Sources of HAPs.
Affected Sources:
- Gas-fired glass-melting furnaces that are not subject to subpart NNN of this part.
- Gas-fired glass-melting furnaces, including those that use electricity as a supplemental energy source.

Source Classification
- Existing Sources = Commence construction or reconstruction on or before March 31, 1997
- New Sources = Commence construction or reconstruction after March 31, 1997
Initial Notification
- No later than Oct 12, 1999 or 120 days after startup, whichever is later.
Compliance Dates
- Existing Sources = June 14, 2002
- New Sources = Upon startup.
Notice of Intent to Test
- At least 60 days prior to test
Compliance Status Notification
- No later than 60 days after test
Compliance Reports
- Semiannual
- Must cover reporting periods of Jan 1 - June 30 or July 1 - Dec 31
- Must be submitted no later than 30 days after the end of the reporting period.
