Secondary Copper Smelting - Area Sources -  Subpart FFFFFF

Applicability: eCFR Subpart FFFFFF [ecfr.gov]

Applies to area sources* of HAP that produce copper scrap in a blast furnace and converter or use another pyrometallurgical purification process to produce anode copper from copper scrap, including low-grade copper scrap.

*An area source of HAP has the potential to emit <10 tons per year (tpy) of a single HAP or <25 tpy of a combination of HAPs.
