• Assists candidates through the licensure process by interpreting Title 178 regulations and related statues • Preparing exam packets, proctoring exams, monitoring/evaluating exam pool questions with current regulations.
• Answer all phone and other communications regarding policies, procedures and regulations pertinent to the program, continuing education information and licensing requirements.
• Collects and reviews documents to verify all required information is received, accurate and in compliance with policies/statutes/regulations for pre-notifications, declaratory orders, inspections and continuing education programs
• Collect, analyze and compile information and/or data to create reports, charts and/or graphs and update records, design and maintain databases
• Procure equipment/supplies, maintain equipment inventory, supply of printed materials, library and exam reference materials.
• Develop, maintain or modify manual and computerized tracking/monitoring systems for assigned program such as violations and status of projects
• Oversee the activities of the Water Well Standards and Contractors' Licensing Board, generally will schedule conference rooms, record and transcribe meeting minutes, process and track billings, invoices, room reservations, reimbursements and travel requests and develop agendas and compile information.
• Responsible for publishing public notices, designing and editing program newsletters and collaborating with partners and program staff on news articles.
• Oversee the continuing education program per Board approval, compose determination letters for continuing education providers and maintain continuing education database.
