The Air Toxics Notebook was developed as a quick reference of the toxics program and some of standards that have been issued by EPA. The Notebook provides an overview and resources for the toxic standards that may affect Nebraska sources. These resources are intended to help the regulated community and public understand the air toxic regulations.
The Air Toxics Notebook contains applicability information, regulatory citations, amendment dates, sources in NDEE's jurisdiction (this does not include sources within Lancaster County or the city of Omaha), related rules, guidance documents, forms, and other helpful information. This table is to be used as an assistance tool to comply with the air toxics regulations. This table is by no means inclusive and is not meant to serve as a substitute for being aware and understanding all applicable regulations.
