NetDMR is a web-based tool that allows NPDES permittees to electronically sign and submit their discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) to EPA's Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS-NPDES). The use of NetDMR is now required to report your DMRs to the NDEE.
