Pre-register by

1. Submitting an Onsite Wastewater Treatment Program Application for Onsite Certification by Examination, Endorsement, Renewal or Hardship
and
2. The Citizenship Attestation Form (unless you already have one on file with NDEE)
and
3. The required fees.
All applications received less than five (5) days prior to a scheduled exam date may be held for the next scheduled exam.
NDEE reserves the right to change the schedule if necessary.

- Exam sessions are three (3) hours long.
- You may take as many exams as time allows during that three hour session.
- Plan to attend the exam at the site you signed up for, unless you are told otherwise.
- Please bring your photo ID, a non-programmable non-graphical calculator, and your copy of the current Title 124.
NDEE offers limited web-based testing
After submitting your application for exam and fee(s), please contact the Onsite section at 402-471-4285, or ndee.onsite@nebraska.gov to schedule a web-based exam.
