Site Summary:
This site is located along the Platte River in Douglas County. Ground water averages about 12 feet below the surface, and this remediation will be for free product cleanup. Additionally the site will have a SSTL for soil vapor. NDEQ became aware of this site in 1999 due to closure of seven UST's. The site status was changed to "orphan" in 2000 and the site was activated in 2003. During the Tier 2 investigation, free product was detected in September of 2005. |

Table 2. SSTLs:
The SSTLs for this site are removal of free product to less than 0.01 foot. This also applies to all wells surrounding the current free product plume or any wells drilled for verification purposes. There is also a soil vapor SSTL level of no higher than 2,539 mg/m3 benzene, to be verified with direct push technology inside the defined soil cleanup area (see map "soil cleanup area.pdf") This site will have a two year monitoring period.
