This subpart applies to:
- Municipal Solid Waste Landfills that commenced construction, reconstruction, or modification before May 30, 1991.
Physical or operational changes made to an existing MSW landfill to comply with this subpart are not considered construction, reconstruction, or modification for purposes of NSPS WWW. |
