Site Specifications:
1. DEQ is in the process of re-sampling this site. You will be notified of the new results as soon as possible, and it will be well before the bids are due in to the Department.

2. The entire Carter's Service lot is paved.

3. The owner of the car lot to the North does not desire to have any remediation buildings on his lot. Subsurface wells, etc., should be no problem.

4. If a trailer is to be located on the Carter's Service lot in the Northeast corner, the owner will remove the trash dumpster.

5. OW-1 now has free product in it. Since the dissloved levels have never been checked, DEQ included SSTLs for that well because the dissloved concentrations are unknown.
