The Air Division is conducting extensive outreach to sources, with a webinar scheduled for Nov. 18. Detailed guidance regarding the new application system, including a series of video tutorials, is also posted on NDEE’s website. Annual reports must be submitted electronically by March 31, 2020.

This includes development of an overall prioritization strategy for investigation and cleanup of over 300 former sites in the state, evaluation of 30 high priority sites for potential vapor intrusion in residential structures built on former site locations, providing oversight in the Voluntary Cleanup Program on six active sites, and conducting a Superfund investigation on a former site in Aurora.
