The Public Notice period will run from June 8, 2016 through July 11, 2016.

The draft permit, fact sheet and other public information are available for review online at deq.ne.gov under Public Notices or at NDEQ’s Lincoln Office (address below) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, excluding holidays.
