The Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) proposes to reissue with change the Nebraska Pretreatment Permit (NPP) for General Dynamics Ordinance & Tactical Systems, Inc., 4300 Industrial Ave., Lincoln NE (NPP# NE0060062; SIC 3764). The manufacturer of composite structures for defense and aerospace applications discharges metal finishing process wastewater. Outfall 001 is an internal discharge wastewater from titanium and aluminum etching. The Outfall 003 discharge consists of deionization regeneration water, motercase wash system, cooling tower blowdown, and cooling tower bypass water.
