The Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE) proposes to reissue without change the Nebraska Pretreatment Program (NPP) permit to Allmand Brothers, Inc., 1502 West 4th Avenue, Holdrege, NE (NPP# NE0133876; SIC 3715, 3648, 3479, 3499). This facility manufactures light towers, arrow boards, and heater trailers. Metal finishing process wastewater discharges through Outfall 001 to Sacramento Creek, Sub-basin RE1, in the Republic River Basin via the City of Holdrege publicly owned treatment works. The permit would be issued for a period of up to five years and would restrict pollutant discharges to comply with the requirements of Department regulations. The draft permit, fact sheet, and other public information are available for review at NDEE’s Lincoln Office (address below) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, excluding holidays.
