NOTICE OF PERMIT ISSUANCE
The Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) proposes to reissue without change a Nebraska Pretreatment Program (NPP) permit to Timpte Inc., 1827 Industrial Dr., David City, NE 68632 (NPP# NE0138193; SIC 3715). This facility manufactures bulk commodity grain trailers. The facility washes steel parts prior to assembly. Wastewater from Outfall 001 is discharged into the City of David City sanitary sewer system, which discharges to the North Fork Big Blue River, Segment BB4-30200, in the Big Blue River Basin. The permit would be issued for a period of up to five years and would restrict pollutant discharges to comply with the requirements of Department regulations. The draft permit, fact sheet and other public information are available for review at NDEQ’s Lincoln Office (address below) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, excluding holidays. A determination to hold a hearing will be based upon factual environmental or regulatory consideration.
