HAZARDOUS WASTE PERMIT MODIFICATIONS
FOR NEBRASKA - CALENDAR YEAR 2017
The Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) is required by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to annually public notice the availability of the approved permit modifications for hazardous waste facilities. The requirement for this provision is located in Title 128-Nebraska Hazardous Waste Regulations, Chapter 15, 012.02R as referenced by 40 CFR Section 270.42 (i). The requirement calls for the list of approved permit modifications to be made available to the general public for review. The listing identifies all permit modifications approved by NDEQ for calendar year 2017. This would include facilities that treated, stored, and/or disposed of hazardous waste in Nebraska.
