Draft 2018 Integrated Report Available Online for Public Comment
Feb. 28, 2018 – The Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality’s draft 2018 Water Quality Integrated Report is now available for public review and comment.
Upon finalization, NDEQ will submit the 2018 Water Quality Integrated Report to EPA Region 7 for review and approval/disapproval as required by the Clean Water Act. The attached public notice is provided by the Department as a means for public participation in the completion of the Integrated Report and is hereby soliciting review and comments. All comments received through the close of business March 29, 2018 will be considered and the proposed list possibly revised.
The public notice, the draft Integrated Report and methodology are provided below.
