NESHAP Notification Form - Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaners (revised)
Since September 22, 1993, all perchloroethylene (perc) dry cleaners have been required to comply with the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants. On July 27, 2006, the Environmental Protection Agency revised the regulations for perc dry cleaners. All perc dry cleaners must comply with the new and existing regulations
