001 No person shall conduct drilling, driving, boring or digging of any mineral exploration hole(s) without authorization by a permit from the Department.
002 Any person conducting the drilling, driving, boring, or digging of mineral exploration holes on the effective date of these regulations who would have been required to apply for a permit under this Title may continue operations but shall, within thirty days thereafter, file an application with information required in Chapter 3. A report to indicate the requirements of Chapter 5 have been or are being met shall be required if operations cease between the effective date of these regulations and the thirty day filing requirement of this section.
