Welcome to Rules and Regulation governing the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality. This segment of the Nebraska Administrative Code is maintained in cooperation with the Nebraska Secretary of State, the official repository for the rules and regulations of all state agencies in Nebraska.

Every effort is being made to make these rules and regulations complete and accurate. Nevertheless, certain regulations currently may not be available in a digitized format. These will be added when they become available. Although the text of the regulations on the internet is to the best of our knowledge accurate, we recommend that the internet version be used for research and informational purposes only.
