Onsite Certification Exams

2013 Onsite Certification Exams Schedule

Submit an Onsite Wastewater Treatment Program Application for Onsite Certification by Examination, Endorsement, Renewal or Hardship and the citizenship attestation form if appropriate along with the required fees. All applications received less than five (5) days prior to a scheduled exam date may be held for the next scheduled exam.

NDEQ reserves the right to change the schedule if necessary.

Exam sessions are three hours long. You may take as many exams as time allows during that three hour session.
