****Air General Permits - Online****

Coverage under the following general permits is available to eligible applicants through the NDEE’s online application process. General Construction Permits are denoted with a (GCP) and General Operating Permits with a (GOP). You should read and understand the conditions of the permit you are interested in before starting the application for coverage process.

Asphalt Plant – Drum Mix Hot Mix (GCP)

Important note: Coverage under any of these online air general permits is not available for proposed new locations in:
  • Lancaster County
  • City of Omaha
  • Tribal Lands
