Recordkeeping Guidance for Sources Covered by the Permit-by-Rule for Asphalt Plants

Sources covered by the Permit-by-Rule for Asphalt Plants are required to keep records according to Nebraska Administrative Code Title 129 – Nebraska Air Quality Regulations, Chapter 42. In order to standardize the records kept by facilities covered by Permit-by-Rules, record keeping forms have been created. These records should be kept by the source on site for a minimum of five years and be available to Department representatives. Certification of Compliance (COC) must be submitted to the Department each year by March 31. More information on COCs can be found in the Certification of Compliance and Deviations Report document.

The following recordkeeping forms are provided above:

07-282a-Daily Record: Daily Production, Maintenance, and Observations (one form per day)
07-282b-Maintenance:Control Equipment Maintenance (as maintenance is performed)
07-282c-Production Limitations:Production Limitations (one form per week)
07-282d-Diesel Limitations:Diesel Fuel Limitations (one form per week)
