Applicability: eCFR Subpart CCCCC [ecfr.gov]

Applies to major source of HAP where coke oven batteries are located. This rule covers fugitive pushing emissions, emissions from control devices applied to pushing emissions, and emissions from quenching, soaking, and battery stacks.
