This rule applies to major sources of HAP for flexible polyurethane foam production facility that operates a flame lamination source or loop slitter source.
The loop slitter adhesive use is the collection of loop slitters and associated adhesive application equipment used to apply HAP-based adhesives to bond foam to foam at a flexible polyurethane foam fabrication plant site. |
